I WANT TO ORDER IN LARGE QUANTITIES, HOW DO I PROCEED ?

Our team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your jewelry quickly! Orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours (Monday through Friday).
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The orders are prepared and sent within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) but youneed to add the postal delays (about 48 hours for France). Count on a week between your order and its delivery. For a parcel sent to an international destination, it is necessary to count on a delivery time of 4 to 10 working days. You can track your order at any time by logging into your customer account.
HOW ARE MY JEWELS PACKAGED ?
Our Fantaisie line jewelry are presented on a small cardboard box, itself inserted in a pouch; a pinch of sparkling stars comes to complement the whole. Our Précieuse line is carefully packaged in a double cotton gauze pouch embroidered with a gold thread or in a pretty recycled cardboard box. Please note that if you check the box "this is a gift", your order will be wrapped in a small kraft gift bag and you will also have the possibility to add a small note to your shipment.
HOW ARE YOUR PRICES CALCULATED ?
The price of Fantaisie jewelry varies according to the model: simple, 1 star, 2 stars... but not according to the number of beads, whereas the price of the Précieuse line varies according to the model and the number of beads.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY CORD?
Yes of course, you just have to contact the customer service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to specify your request. Then, you just have to send us back the product with the color of the cord you want and a check for the amount of the change of cord (7 euros) and the shipping costs (price according to the chosen option) for the reshipment. Our jewelry is plated by an excellent French gilder. We have only positive feedback on the quality of our plating while many customers keep their jewelry permanently. However, it is only plated... It is therefore necessary to avoid repeated contact with water and products such as perfumes, creams, lotions, gels, household products... When you do not wear your jewelry, we advise you to store it in a box away from humidity.
