DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH ?

After validating your order and completing the payment with our secure system, an e-mail will be sent to you with your order confirmation number.

OW! OW! OW! MY PAYMENT WAS REFUSED. WHY ?

First, verify that all of your information — credit card, name, address, etc. — was entered correctly. Then try again. You can also contact your bank. If you still are having trouble, let us know.

CAN I SEE THE ITEMIZED DETAILS OF MY ORDER ?

You can find all of the information, for previous orders, too, by clicking on "My orders". You can also have a PDF of your invoices.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER A LOT ?

For specific requests (weddings, birthdays, seminars…), don’t hesitate to send a mail to : shop@bbuble.fr or use the contact form. We will send you a quote and let you know how long it will take to prepare your order. Depending on the quantity, it may be possible to affix a logo or use a particular character on the Sparkling pearls.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE CREATED, PACKAGED, AND SHIPPED ?

Orders are prepared and sent within 72 hours (Monday to Friday)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE MAILMAN TO ARRIVE ?

Orders are prepared and sent within 72 hours (Monday to Friday), and then the post needs about 48 hours (for France) to deliver the package. So count a small week between when you place your order and when the doorbell rings. If you are requesting a package be sent internationally, you might have to practice your patience because the mailman will need 4 to 10 days. You can track your order at any time by logging onto your customer account.

HMM, I THINK I WANT TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE CORD, CAN I ?

Yes, of course. Just contact customer service by email (shop@bbuble.fr) to clarify your request. Then, send us your bracelet with a reminder about the color you want plus a check for 8€— the amount of the cord change (5 euros) and return shipping (3 euros).

WHERE CAN I FIND BBUBLE ?

Custom products are only sold on this website, but there are many stores in France and internationally that sell BBUBLE and Sparkling by BBUBLE collections (but not personalized pieces). A list is available in the "points of sale" section at the bottom of the home page.

CERAMIC IS FRAGILE, ISN’T IT ?

Contrary to what most people think, ceramic is very strong and scratch resistant. You should see the quality tests inflicted on pearls: they are flung against a wall! For our gold letters, craftsmen silkscreen the material into the mass of the ceramic; so no risk of your precious words disappearing !
